Ingredients
. Four tins of chopped tinned tomatoes
(or, however big or small you want
your curry to be)
. Frozen mixed veg
. 1 or 2 onions
. Garlic powder
. Mild chilli powder
. Quorn chicken pieces or tofu if vegan
. Potatoes
First:
Cook the frozen veg. For around half an hour.
Second:
Chop the potatoes into dices. Then put them in with the frozen veg, let them cook alongside it.
Third:
Pour most of the water down the sink drain. Then, add the tomatoes to the veg. Choose how many you want to put in.
Put the chilli powder in, a tablespoon should be enough. But, keep tasting it. And add to your taste, if it isn't strong enough.
Forth:
Add the Quorn chicken pieces or tofu into the curry. And boil until it's ready. This can take about 40 mins. But keep checking it. It's ready when it tastes good, and the veg is soft.
Fifth:
When you think it is nearly ready, put some rice on to boil. Or, if you like fried rice, the fry some rice.
Sixth:
Chop some onions up. And leave the curry to boil until the onions are soft.
