Having a vegan diet has never been easier. In the modern world, there are so many opitions to go vegan, there are also more foods for vegans to eat (are more drinks to consume too).
The best way to do it, is not to go all in, stop eating meat, and consumng milk and eggs. The best way to do it, is by going slowly, and pacing yourself.
Go vegetarian first. Then gradually replace cows milk, with soya milk. And eggs, with another alternative.
This way is easier, rather than diving right in.
2. Remember any check every label
Being vegetarian, or vegan can sometimes be annoying. This is because most countries don't have laws which state that food or drink companies have to label foods 'vegetarian' or 'vegan'. But, thankfully most do label them.
Vegans can have it hardered, usually things are marked vegetarian, hardly any are marked vegan. However, if you want to make life simple for yourself, then you should try the Co-Op, as they are very good at marking their own brands as vegetarian, and vegan.
