Australian currently has 86 wild animals which are critically endangered.
Critically endangered means:

The Northen Hairy Nosed Wombat is a very cute, teddy bear like creature.
They are not only one of the rarest mammals in Australia, but also, one of the rarest mammals in the world.
4. Southern Bent winged Bat
The Southern Bent winged bat it one of the rarest bats in the world.
Their numbers have declined dramatically since the 1990s
